Dani’s story: 90 days from knee pain and setbacks to strength and confidence.
Watch Dani’s full Q&A story.
When Dani started The 90 Day Transformation Program™, her journey looked different from most. She came in dealing with bad knees and a body that wasn’t cooperating — and just as she started making progress, her hormones went out of whack.
Four weeks into the program, and after seeing improvements in her strength, endurance and she was cleaning up her nutrition, she started to see her bodyweight go backwards. It was around this point that Dani shared something alarming: she hadn’t had her period for five years. After lots of research and discussion. It clicked — many women are prescribed birth control without fully understanding the impact it can have on hormones, weight, and overall health. Dani had been on a progesterone-only pill, which had been disrupting her menstrual cycle and making it much harder for her body to respond to training.
After seeing a gynecologist and receiving medical guidance, she stopped the progesterone-only pill to allow her hormones to hormones to stabilize and later restarted on a birth control that boosts her natural hormones without synthetic hormones that better aligned with her body’s needs. From that point on, with consistent workouts and proper hormone support, progress finally started to happen.
For Dani, the biggest wins weren’t just about how she looked. Her knees, once a source of fear, became her biggest triumph. She could jump, squat, and tackle movements that had once felt impossible. She no longer dreaded stairs or feared aggravating her knees. Strength and mobility became part of her daily life.
Her gains were tangible and empowering. She hit a 155 lb deadlift, far beyond what she ever thought possible, and her confidence in lifting and functional movements skyrocketed.
Dani also discovered the power of the program’s phases. The build phase taught her to lift heavy and challenge her body safely. Encouraging her to push her limits further — physically and mentally — giving her confidence in everyday life; from running across a parking lot, to keeping up with her daily responsibilities. Each phase built upon the last, creating steady, safe progression that allowed her to grow without fear.
The program changed the way she trained. Instead of spending three hours at the gym without seeing real, consistent progress, she learned to work smarter. One focused hour now gives her better results than she achieved with three hours. The program adapted to her needs, balancing challenge with safety, and built her into a stronger, more capable version of herself.
Dani’s transformation wasn’t just about lifting heavier or moving better — it was about confidence, independence, and reclaiming control of her body. She proved that even when hormones and health challenges seem to hold you back, consistent training paired with proper guidance can make incredible things possible.
Congratulations Dani! And long may you see this progress continue.
