About our small groups
These small groups are built for women over 30 who want real change but need structure, guidance, and support that actually fits their life.
By working closely with a certified personal trainer and a group of likeminded individuals, you can be confident that you are getting the expert advice and support you need to transform your body and your life.
You’ll train three times per week in small groups (max of 4), learn how to strength train and track progress. Your only job: show up. We’ll guide the rest.

Current Available Small Group Class Times:
MWF: 11:30am,12:30pm
T/Th: 12:30pm, 7:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am, 11:30am
Please note: Spaces are limited due to small group sizes (4 per class).
We are looking to add additional class times in the coming months to increase class capacity and availability.
