Current Available Small Group Class Times:
MWF: 11:30am,12:30pm
TT: 12:30pm, 7:30pm
Saturday: 11:30am,12:30pm
Please note: Spaces are limited due to small group sizes (4 per class).
We are looking to add additional class times in the coming months to increase class capacity and availability.
